Kyrgios joins “Beat the Big Four” club

Aussie Nick Kyrgios gained membership in an exclusive club when he defeated former No. 1 Andy Murray in the first round at Queen’s Club.

At age 23, he joined 16 other players (only nine active) who have beaten all of the “Big Four”: Federer, Nadal, Djokovic and Murray.

He’s a few months younger than Dominic Thiem was when he completed the set by beating Djokovic in Paris last year.

Kyrgios defeated the other three the first time he faced them. He was 19 when he beat Nadal.

It took him six kicks at the can to get Murray.
